Great article on Louis Tewanima!!. Well done. You have made his running come alive many years later. Makes me miss my years of running and coaching on the Navajo Reservation and competitions involving Hopi, Navajo, Zuni and Laguna runners. Those fields and red mesa’s are very vivid in my memory.
